Green Gazpacho:
Ingredients for my Green Gazpacho:
• 1/2 large english hot house cucumber
• Two cloves garlic
• Two green, hot chilies (your choice really, these are serranos)
• 3/4 cup green onion
• 1 cup cilantro
• 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
• 4 tablespoons olive oil

Raw Mahi Mahi:
Raw Mahi Mahi filet seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder and ground cumin.
